Al-Adl Solutions
Privacy Notice
What happens to your details when you send us an enquiry — stated plainly, so you know exactly what you're agreeing to.
What we collect
When you fill in an enquiry form on this site, we collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address, if you give us one
- The service you're asking about
- Any message or details you add
- Your IP address and the time you submitted the form
Why we collect it
For one purpose only: responding to and fulfilling your enquiry. We don't use this information for advertising, profiling, or anything beyond understanding and answering what you've asked us.
How we contact you
We'll reach out by phone, WhatsApp and email — the channels you've agreed to when submitting the form.
How to withdraw your consent
You can withdraw at any time. Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message from us, or email privacy@aladlsolutions.com. Withdrawal takes effect immediately.
How long we keep it
We retain consent and withdrawal records for a minimum of 1 year, as required by law.
Your rights, and how to complain
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent, by emailing privacy@aladlsolutions.com. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled a concern, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
This is version 1 of this notice, effective 7 September 2026. When we change it, we'll publish a new version here rather than editing this text after the fact.
Marketing messages (optional)
If you tick the separate "occasional offers" box on our enquiry form, we'll also send you occasional WhatsApp messages about offers and updates from Al-Adl Solutions. This is entirely optional and separate from responding to your enquiry — leaving it unticked doesn't affect how we handle your enquiry at all. This consent doesn't expire on its own; it stays in place until you withdraw it. You can withdraw at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by emailing privacy@aladlsolutions.com.
Changelog — 12 September 2026: added the optional marketing-messages purpose above. Nothing in version 1 changed; it remains in effect for the enquiry-response purpose it always covered.
